the beginning to my new healthier me regiment

So, I am not as athletic as I should be (being in the Army and all) so I've decided to get off my tush and start exercisin'. I already ran about 2 miles on Tuesday and will run again tonight. I will also start up yoga again, do P90X when I can, and go to my ballet classes I've signed up for.
As for the diet/nutrition part, I've decided to cut down on caffeine and will try to ween myself off of dairy products. Oh cheese how I will miss you my love!!!
I will also slowly eat less and less meats. I might go back to being a pescetarian. Who knows. I just have to take it one day at a time.
